About this Scientific Calculator
This lightweight scientific calculator runs entirely in the browser. It supports JavaScript-style expressions and a set of common math functions (sin, cos, tan, sqrt, ln, log). Trigonometric functions use radians.
Usage Tips
- Use ^ for powers (e.g. 2^3 = 8).
- Use sqrt( and ln( for roots and natural logarithms.
- Use π or PI for pi and e for Euler's number.
- Functions require parentheses:
sin(PI/2)
Examples
sin(PI/2) = 1ln(e) = 1sqrt(16) = 42^10 = 1024
